The Office of the Communication Department is responsible for all external information regarding the agency; including working with the media, members of the general public, government officials and customers. The Director of Communications reports to the General Manager and works with all Divisions of GWA to communicate the message to the public. Additionally, the office works to assist the community with their many requests.
