Guam Waterworks Authority (“GWA”) hereby invites you to bid
on the following GWA project:

FOR: A PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
FOR THE

must be marked received not later than 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2006, Chamorro
Standard time. Step Two price
proposals are to be submitted pursuant to the timeframes and instructions set
forth in the bid package.

The Guam Waterworks Authority (“GWA”), is inviting
Private Wastewater Management Teams to participate in a multi-step bid for a
Performance Management Contract to manage, operate, repair, and maintain GWA’s
wastewater treatment plants, wastewater collection system as well as the
wastewater lift stations (collectively referred to as the “GWA wastewater
system”) as further described in the bid package and under the terms and
conditions set forth in the bid package.
Technical
Proposals must be submitted and stamped date/received at the GWA General
Manager’s office by the date and time above.
Failure to submit Technical Proposals at the date, time and place above
will be grounds for rejection of the proposal.
A “non-refundable” fee of $150.00 will be charged and payable to: Guam
Waterworks Authority. [To purchase a bid package, interested
parties must stop by the issuing office mentioned above for further
